The 'spanking' issue is not as important as other issues, but it is indicative of the mindset of the 'concerned secular' bunch.

1. If you spank your child and there is a mark, you get charged. If you rip your baby's head off ... (just before the baby is born) you get federal protection and the government will pay for it.
