Two recent news confirm that the "progressives" have taken over the Ontario Conservative party:1. This week's announcement that the Ontario Government is granting tax money to support of stem cell and gene therapy research, which completely overlooked any moral aspect, not even mentioning possible limitations in the use of cells from aborted babies. The U.S. has banned government financing of this type of research even during the Clinton administration!2. It was discovered that a new abortion clinic has been operating for over two years at 960 Lawrence Ave. W., Suite 501 in Toronto, across from the Italian Columbus Centre and St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. The existence of this facility indicates that Premier Mike Harris reneged on his promise that there would be no new abortion clinics under a Harris government.

These add to my list of a dozen other anti-family and despotic actions initiated by the Harris government.
Instead of listening to those Ontario cabinet ministers that want the Canadian Alliance to change into a party with no moral principles at all, I think we should send the opposite message to the Ontario conservatives turned progressives.
We can do it by getting involved with the Family Coalition party of Ontario and running candidates WITH principles in every riding.
